My goal is to assist clients with nervous system regulation, increasing self-confidence, and rebalancing the mind-body connection. I help clients learn to slow down, create satisfying and effective daily habits, and let go of perfectionism to lead fulfilling lives.
As your coach, my role is to help you explore your core values, identify what is most important to you and how to best fit that into your daily life, while shedding what no longer serves you. I also help people not just cope, but thrive in times of transition, especially during family system shifts and struggles.
